Called to Be Saints

Commenting on the article below, being a Christian isn't all about "feelings", but it is largely about doing, and God has called us to do many things in the bible, especially beginning with "Acts" (some say start reading the bible for the first time at Matthew, but starting at John--or Acts is great too!).

We also, like the saints, have received the Holy Spirit, and actually can do more than the saints! Because of better ways of getting around in life, in communicating with others in spreading the gospel. That alone should really spark the evangelizing in us, by way of the Holy Spirit. That would give good feelings. We, as Christians, are called to be saints too!

Sure, we are saved by God's grace, but we are called to bear good fruit, by way of actions glorifying God. That "flicker", the author has, is the beginning of producing good fruit.

These alternative meals must be confirmed in advance at the time of ticket purchase or at least 72 hours prior to check-in. These options might vary according to seasonal availability and changes in budget."

Vegan Owned and Operated Hint Mints Inc.

I got Hint Mint's Pomegranate Acai in the mail yesterday. It taste very sweet and good, satisfying my sweet tooth, but it wouldn't do if one has regular bad breath; it's more of a breath freshener, or terrific as vegan candy. Although the name says "hint mint", I can't really taste the mint, but the taste of fruit definitely stands out.

If you love candy while freshening up your breath a bit, this one's for you!
